“Very nice location and beautiful home. We were hosting for our daughter’s wedding in Coeur D’ Alene. The master bedroom and roomy bathroom were wonderful. The bunk room adjacent to the living room was a bonus with having kids. Really enjoyed the surrounding decks facing river. It was also great to have use of the kayaks. (May want to have a few larger adult life jackets). The house had some normal wear and tear, such as loose door knobs, and the spa on deck was not as clean as it could have been, so it went unused. I purchased a standing ironing board for the rental and left it, as it was needed for wedding apparel. The kitchen was well appointed, but it could use a vent fan. Loved the games and puzzles available. The property was very clean, just needed a leaf blower to use on the decks. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay! Would definitely stay here again. “What a magical property! Our stay couldn’t have been better. We’re from Utah and accustomed to wildlife, but we were delighted by all we saw. We woke to the beautiful sound of birds singing every morning. Two bald eagles lived in the trees outside the master bedroom deck, as did chipmunks and squirrels. We sat in bed every morning and watched the critters jumping around on the trees outside. Our grandkids were enamored, as were we! The dock held just as much entertainment. We sat there for hours every day enjoying the ducks, geese, and even a beaver. The ducks and geese were such frequent visitors that we had some water fowl food delivered from Walmart. We also saw a group of elk wandering around. The kayaking and the hot tub were favorites as well. The house layout worked well for our large group of 10 adults and 2 infants, with many different areas to gather. There was plenty of space to eat, play with toys, play games, read, and even watch a movie simultaneously. We’re sad to leave!”
